How to Store Your Tea

Tea leaves are easily affected by light, air, heat and humidity. Our packaging contains nitrogen gas to prevent oxidation and fermentation. After the seal is broken, please take the air out and zip lock it. If you are a very occasional tea drinker, store it in the refrigerator or freezer. Do not store our product in a glass jar, you will notice difference in taste in few hours especially when the leaves are exposed to higher spectrum lighting e.g. fluorescent lighting, halogen etc. Thank You.

Tea Benefits: The Caffeine Chemistry

The caffeine in coffee is absorbed rapidly into the body, stimulating an immediate increase in blood circulation and cardio-vascular activity, the polyphenols in tea are thought to slow down the rate of absorption. The effects of caffeine are felt more slowly but remain in the body for longer, thus making tea more refreshing and revitalizing beverage than coffee. Green Tea polyphenols work as antioxidants in the body.It attacks free radicals that cause cellular damage and DNA breakage.
