Our leaves come from select farmers whose family has been growing tea for
generations. Besides the traditional farming technique, location of the farm is
very important in reference to altitude and the angle to which the sun and moon
is positioned in seasons of year.
The harvest begins end of April to mid May, depending on the season, and the
second harvest begins end of June. We mainly work with the first spring harvest
though second harvest is not bad, but the third and fourth harvest tend to
taste bitter.
